Are you ready to play a pivotal role in transforming dairy operations across the USA? CowManager is expanding -together with partners - its markets in the U.S. To drive our growth, we are searching for a Senior Dairy Technology Support Specialist. With our innovative ear sensor technology, CowManager empowers farmers in over 40 countries to optimize herd health, fertility, and nutrition using cutting-edge data insights. 

As a key member of our U.S. team, you will provide high-level technical support, training, and consultancy to dairy producers and industry partners, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our revolutionary system. The job 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to dairy farmers and industry partners, providing expert guidance on system optimization and best practices; 

  • Provide high-level technical support via phone, email, and on-farm visits, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless integration with herd management systems; 

  • Proactively monitor CowManager systems across the U.S., identifying potential challenges and escalating critical issues to our Netherlands-based development teams; 

  • Use Expert level of knowledge of US dairy farming to define and indicate improvements of the CowManager platform 

  • Oversee and execute on-site installations, ensuring smooth onboarding of hardware and software interfaces; 

  • Deliver advanced training programs, both remotely and on-farm, to maximize user adoption and system effectiveness; 

  • Collaborate closely with our U.S. dealer network, industry partners and sales teams to support product positioning,customer onboarding & engagement; 

  • Represent CowManager at industry expos, conferences, and trade events, showcasing our technology and building strategic relationships; 

  • Drive continuous process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, customer experience, and operational efficiency;

  • Work closely together with the Worldwide CowManager Support team as well as with other teams in the Netherlands .

Job requirements

The skills 

  • Extensive experience in the dairy industry, with a strong understanding of cattle health, reproduction, and nutrition;

  • Hands-on experience working with cattle, dairy technology, and herd management systems;

  • Strong technical skills, including IT proficiency and a solid grasp of network infrastructure;

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment;

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve independently, and adapt to dynamic on-farm environments;

  • Fluency in Spanish is a big advantage;

  • Living in the west of the USA;

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support farmers and industry partners across the USA.
