Job description

Because we are growing rapidly internationally, it is important to support our salespeople, dealers, and customers around the world as best as we can. As a Sales Administrator, you are an essential link between the Sales, Supply, Finance, and Support departments. Together with your fantastic colleagues, you ensure that the order process and customer contact run smoothly and think along about possible improvements.

What will you do?

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and dealers in the US, Mexico, Canada, and South America.

  • Process incoming orders accurately and spot opportunities to improve.

  • Support partner managers, sales, and finance with questions or tasks related to orders and invoicing.

  • Work closely with colleagues from different countries and teams.

  • Identify issues, suggest improvements, and help streamline and automate processes.

  • Stay calm in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.

  • Help build our US office by jumping in where needed, even if it’s not in your job description.

Job requirements

The Skills

  • You are precise and have a customer-oriented attitude.

  • You are proactive and like to take the initiative.

  • You speak and write English fluently, Spanish is a plus.

  • You are proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and preferably Salesforce.

  • You have an affinity with the agricultural sector.
