CowManager is expanding its presence in the North American market and we're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Communications Specialist.

With our innovative ear sensor technology, CowManager supports dairy producers in over 40 countries in optimizing herd health, fertility, transition and nutrition through cutting-edge data insights.

The job

You'll be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing and communication strategies that boost brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive business growth by generating leads. From managing campaigns and social media to coordinating events and coordinating compelling content — your work will directly contribute to the success of expansion of CowManager in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, planning, and executing campaigns. This includes online campaigns based on analysis

  • Coordinating visual and written content (e.g., press releases, news articles, advertisements, promotional materials, videos, social media)

  • Organizing trade show participation and representing CowManager at events (including World Dairy Expo)

  • Budget management and oversight

  • Ensuring CowManager brand consistency

  • Collaborating with headquarters and external agencies

  • Maintaining contact with partners

Job requirements

Your profile

You have at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of work experience in marketing and communication. Your approach is characterized by initiative, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality. You are up to date with social media trends and know how to leverage them effectively. You work in a structured manner and are capable of handling ad-hoc tasks. You are comfortable working independently, yet you are also a strong team player when collaborating with colleagues and partners. Knowledge of the American dairy industry is a plus.


The skills

  • Strategic Marketing: Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the North American dairy market.

  • Digital Marketing: Experience with paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.

  • Project Management: Skilled in planning and managing campaigns, events, and deadlines.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Event Coordination: Experience organizing and representing at trade shows and events.
