As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in connecting the business with our enterprise applications such as Salesforce and Odoo. You ensure that business requests are clearly understood, properly analyzed, and translated into deliverables that development teams can implement.
You act as the first point of contact for business requests, helping stakeholders understand the impact of changes across systems and processes. In this role, you work closely with developers, system architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are well designed, documented, and successfully delivered.
You will be part of the Business Systems team, which manages the core platforms that support CowManager’s commercial and operational processes.

· Act as the first point of contact for business requests coming through DevOps.
· Analyze requests and align with stakeholders to understand the business impact across teams and systems.
· Translate technical designs from architects into clear functional requirements and user stories.
· Break down requests into features, epics, and deliverables for the development team.
· Facilitate stand-ups, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies.
· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support smooth releases.
· Work with internal teams and implementation partners (such as Deloitte) during system implementations and integrations.
· Challenge stakeholders when needed and ensure solutions truly solve the business problem.
